I don't often write reviews but in this case I had to share my experience. I have bought and sold many homes over the years but this is the first time an agent has told me not to buy a home because she felt it was not a good investment. We kept looking and when we found the right home, she effortlessly out negotiated 50 other offers. Crystal knows the market in Calgary, she is honest and responsive even later in the evening which my family appreciated. We were not as familiar with Calgary as we were moving from Vancouver, so we had lots of questions about areas. Crystal said not to worry I won't sell you a home that I would not buy myself. She made our relocation to Calgary far less stressful.
