I left messages with this agent several times over a period of two days and had no reply. Finally, after reaching her and making an appointment of her choice, she did not show, having the office call me one half hour after the appointment time, stating she would be late, I immediately replied, do not bother, you now have two strikes which is a clear indication of what to expect.

Reply: Thanks for the review Chris - due to being on a overseas flight I was unable to return your call - you left one message one day and your call was returned the next day. Unfortunately due to an accident in NW Calgary I was running late to which I had my assistant call to let you know - but if that is not acceptable to you I understand - it is too bad we never got to meet to discuss our excellent track record and how we could have successfully marketed your condo to sell it. I wish you nothing but good luck and success in your future and I am truly sorry but I could not prevent either from happening! Reply: For the record Chris our appointment was 2:15 pm and my assistant called you at 2:18 to say I was running 15 mins late. Reply: Crystal, The appointment you made at your convenience was for 2.00pm as well you know, tell the truth! Reply: I don't like Chris you are definitely confused. When we discussed times I knew I was coming from NW Calgary and originally said 2 pm then toward the end of our conversation I said I had better make it 2:15 because I was worried about travel time. I don't lie and don't like the reference you are making towards my character. Reply: Chris, I genuinely appreciate all feedback and I'm sorry your experience didn't reflect the standard we hold ourselves to. To provide some context for anyone reading — I was returning from an overseas trip, your message was returned the following day, and my assistant called at 2:18 to advise I was running 15 minutes late due to an accident in NW Calgary. I understand that wasn't acceptable to you, and I respect that. I wish you all the best and hope you found the right fit for your sale.
