As a first time home buyer we were really nervous about looking at homes wiht an agent. We did not want to be sold to. We went through a few open houses and found another agent online that we looked with but we felt it wasn't quite right and we didn't have the comfort we wanted. Then we found Crystal on CalgaryListings.com and that changed. She showed us homes pointing out negative aspects or reselling, something we never really considered. Eventually when we found the right property she guided us through a multiple offer situtation as the market was really hot.
