We are selling our home and I contacted this agent for some related information. I was pretty taken aback at how rude she was to me!!! I don't usually use 'ratings' but I was pretty incensed. I would never use someone with such lacking interpersonal skills.

Reply: Unfortunately this person called me wanting data on a sale. Sales data is sensitive and private. When I asked her why she was looking for the data she replied it was public info and felt I should just provide it. And if I didn't she would call someone else for it. Sales data is not public info and should not be shared with the public without knowing what the data is being used for. As a professional real estate agent we are not supposed to share the data unless through the use of a home evaluation conducted typically in person. I called this lady back to further explain why I was unable to provide her the info without knowing her intentions - and was able to help her with obtain the information in relation to her potential home sale / values. Often as real estate agents we get weird calls and people want information from us for unsavoury reasons - without knowing that the reasons are genuine we SHOULD NOT be giving out random sales information. This lady now feels badly about her review but she is unable to remove it despite trying to do so. Reply: The point was not the request but the manner with which it was dealt with. Good Luck!
