I first found Dan through his blog. We fell in love with Canmore area and wanted to find a condo we could use as an investment airbnb property, as well as something we could use. Dan was amazing. He educated us on zoning, finances, the economy and where things could go in the future. His network is extensive, he connected us with property managers, banks, condo doc review companies, lawyers and more. He really learned about us and what we were looking for in a property, and tailored his search around our requirements. Finally, he was low pressure.
