Dan’s professionalism, expertise and friendly service made the process of buying our first home an absolute joy because it was so stress-free. Dan respected our budget and skillfully put together recommended listings tailored to our preferences. Since we were based out of Ontario looking to relocate to Alberta, he took the time to FaceTime us through multiple properties. I can tell that before each FaceTime call, he did his careful research about the property so he could answer all of our questions. During the FaceTime call, he patiently showed us every feature and specification of the house, including, for example, opening and closing cabinets and figuring out where the light switches for the hallways are located, per my request. After walking through the properties, he would take the time to debrief, and attentively listened to what we liked and what we didn’t like about the house. For the next listing, everything we loved about the previous house was incorporated. Every property we viewed together got better and better until we found the one. After the builder accepted our offer, Dan helped manage all of the communications until the day came to get our keys. It was that easy.
