Dan was such a huge help in securing our first home! He was able to assist us in navigating the complexities and fine details throughout the process. All the while ensuring to keep our list of wants/needs in mind when suggesting different properties to view. We had a myriad of questions and Dan was able to answer them all or quickly found the solution if he didn't have it top of mind. I'm not sure if he'd like me advertising this, but he was even available on evenings and weekends if something popped up!
