I could not have been more disappointed with this realtor. He was unorganised, late to showings and generally clued out. When I placed an offer he made mistakes in the document which caused confusion and resulted in my offer being discarded for someone elses offer. What a disaster. Don’t be dupped with this bungling amateur.
