Daniel left the selling contract expiry date blank, had my elderly mom and her brother sign it and then put in his own, much longer than normal date. They didn't realize this until they fired his @$$ and he was still entitled to commissions. The realty co. he was with ended up providing another realtor that had to clean up his mess. Daniel is not to be trusted. Did a poor job when actually did something and had the gall a year or so later to call and as if he could use my mom as a reference. - Marie

His promises did pan out. He rarely was available for one on one discussions. He got my listing then went invisible and left me high and dry. I won't be fooled again. His tardiness caused a potential buyer to abandon his offer on my home. I am pissed. - Jennifer

What a piece of unethical dirt. He strung me along and I soon realized he is dumber than brick. Seems he has been married 5 times and every one ended due to infidelity. He can't stop being an adulterer. Don't trust this cheat. He claims to be religious but cheats family and clients alike. He got what he deserved on the last bastard child who was born retarded. Well done you 50+ year old player. I feel sorry for the kid. Pass over this sleazeball. - John
I could not have been more disappointed with this realtor. He was unorganised, late to showings and generally clued out. When I placed an offer he made mistakes in the document which caused confusion and resulted in my offer being discarded for someone elses offer. What a disaster. Don’t be dupped with this bungling amateur. - Larry
