Daniel was patient for a couple of years, while we used his portal to look at properties. He contacted me every six months or so to chat about our situation and the markets in Victoria and Calgary. We changed our requirements several times in those years. Daniel never pushed. He was always responsive when we had a question and got back to me quickly with all the information we asked for or got back to us and said he was waiting for information from another source. Daniel knows the Victoria market, he knew the areas we were interested in and encouraged (or discouraged) us accordingly, which was invaluable as we did not know traffic patterns, dead end streets or shopping areas - he did! For a moment we thought we might get more for our money "up Island", Daniel connected us with a Realtor based in Nanaimo. Daniel found us just the condo we were looking for, two beds, two baths, no stairs, quiet street, nearby shopping and in our price range in Sidney-by-the-Sea. He worked with the Strata Board on our behalf. He helped us find a mortgage broker, lawyer, cleaner and trades, as we needed them, acting as liaison with each, often without being asked. I would have to say that, even though we purchased a home at the bottom end of the price spectrum in the Victoria area, Daniel treated us like million-dollar clients.
