My experience was almost identical to another user. We used Danny James as he was recommended to sell our home as we moved into a new community. He was so focused on just getting the job done, that he just signed the paperwork and we never heard from him again. Come possession day, he was nowhere to be found. We never heard from him again. Like another user said, there was no "congrats" or "hope everything worked out, did you have any issues or questions?". He was happy to collect our money and disappear. He is by far the worst real estate agent I have ever come across. I would not recommend him to anyone. Keep searching, for a new realtor that can help you with your needs!
