Danny James

My experience was almost identical to another user. We used Danny James as he was recommended to sell our home as we moved into a new community. He was so focused on just getting the job done, that he just signed the paperwork and we never heard from him again. Come possession day, he was nowhere to be found. We never heard from him again. Like another user said, there was no "congrats" or "hope everything worked out, did you have any issues or questions?". He was happy to collect our money and disappear. He is by far the worst real estate agent I have ever come across. I would not recommend him to anyone. Keep searching, for a new realtor that can help you with your needs! - Jeff

During the entire process Danny did a whopping 2 things... 1) had me sign the listing agreement. 2) made sure a sign went up on my lawn. After that... no contact, no advertising, no open houses etc. Slow to reply when I had questions. I ended up finding my own seller through my OWN advertising, and he still collects the commission. - John

I Purchased a new build in a new community and the builder offered Danny James to sell my current home. The home sold quickly, however, once the sale went through, he was nowhere to be found. You would think come possession day of the home I had sold, or my new home, that he would have offered a congrats or some sort of follow up. Nothing of the sort! He seemed to be happy to take our money and move on! Responsiveness of texting/ emails was extremely poor, and he would often say he would follow up on a question, and would need prompting. I wouldn't recommend Danny James to anyone. He seems very focused on selling his new builds, and isn't client-focused enough. Good luck to anyone who tries to use him! - Steve

He is what people call a pompous ass. He really should not be involved with the public.

Absolutely a waste of time and money

Referred to by a friend and was so impressed words cant express the professional, attention to detail and personal understanding he and the team had for my families needs. I looked into the low rating he had previous, crazy enough I know this person and all I can say about her is she was probably on her medication when she wrote her review.

Horrible just horrible. He is what gives agents a bad name! I will not deal with him again or his office just because he is is part of that team.

Please stay away from him! A complete nightmare

Changed realtor not the price of the house and it sold in 10 days. Danny is what gives realtors a bad name.

Integrity is not important to Danny.

Very unprofessional and have nothing positive to say about him.
