During the entire process Danny did a whopping 2 things... 1) had me sign the listing agreement. 2) made sure a sign went up on my lawn.
After that... no contact, no advertising, no open houses etc. Slow to reply when I had questions. I ended up finding my own seller through my OWN advertising, and he still collects the commission.
