Admittedly, I initially found Darcy by doing a quick search of "best realtors in Kelowna" and he appeared at the top of the lost, but now that we've done a real estate deal together, I see why. Darcy took the time to understand our unique circumstances (job relocation with a tight timeline and a house to sell in another province), educated us on the market (one we knew little about) and helped us to put together a deal that was fair and left us feeling in control. Darcy was not only professional and knowledgeable but he was also fun to work with. Given the complexity of the deal, we needed someone who was creative, patient and motivated, and he delivered on all accounts.
