I would highly recommend Darcy if you are thinking of selling your home. He did everything that I expected from a realtor. He was knowledgeable about the current market and despite it being slow, he kept a positive attitude that buyers were still out there. He clearly explained his plan to market my property and kept me in the loop as showings were being requested and of feedback after. He also went above & beyond to ensure photos were on point, as well as stopping by to turn lights on for showings when I was not available. I have sold many houses over the years and I would say that Darcy was the first realtor I worked with that truly earned his commission. - Karen Nolin

We have had numerous real estate transactions here in the Okanagan but have never used Darcy nor Vantage West Realty before. We chose them because they offered a cancel at any time policy. However that is only one small reason why we hold Darcy and this firm in such high esteem. We found Darcy to be knowledgeable and honest about the current market. To the extent that when we approached him a year earlier, he advised us that he felt the market would continue to rise. That advise netted us a substantial profit. When we did list, Darcy and his partner Mike DeDood, were pleasant, prompt and very concise. The listing was handled in a very professional manner, they were respectful to us and our tenants.
