Darcy was very professional and helpful. He worked well with my father who is in his mid 70's and was always very patience and respectful with him. He listened to his concerns and allowed him to walk through this process at his pace which was very helpful to me. The extra touch of having a painting done of his property after he had made the sale was a perfect gift for my father and Darcy recognized that this was much more of an emotional sale for my father than anything else. Having lost my mother 2.5 years ago my father was trying to navigate this without her but with help from me and Darcy worked well with me during the sale.
