Darcy and his team were amazing. We have been working with Darcy for a few years, through the years he has kept in touch and when it was time for us to sell our house we knew he would be the right person. The whole process and program that they have developed made things so simple, they always kept us informed on the next step, were accommodating to our schedule changes and gave us all the resources and support needed. What we really liked was the weekly checkin that he does letting us know all the stats of how our listing was doing compared to others in the neighbourhood, letting us know all the feedback from viewings and was always offering up difference sale strategy changes we needed. Our house sold in under two months and we couldn’t have been happier. When we ran into a few ‘hiccups’ Darcy was there right away offering up recommendations and making phone calls on our behalf to have things rectified as soon as possible.
