Darcy Fiander Looking back over the past year and a half of our search for a new home in the Kelowna area, what stands out to us is how rare it was to find properties that evoked a positive response powerful enough to proceed to the offer stage. We suppose our reticence could be dismissed as being overly picky but we believe it has more to do with the enormous variety contained in the Kelowna real estate market. This is where Darcy’s expertise and strong local knowledge of the area, along with his ability to tailor our search to avoid dead ends and such became invaluable. We are not saying this process was easy going by any means but without Darcy’s patience and dedication helping us find what we were looking for we think the journey could very easily have ended in frustration and disappointment. We did find our property after his setting up of many viewings and willingness to accommodate our requests for return visits etc but his assistance certainly did not stop there. The real estate buying process with Darcy was one of the best I have experienced in multiple buys and sells. At the very first meeting at his office, he set us at ease, discussing in detail what our goals and wants/needs for a home were and took the time to get to know us.
