The real estate buying process with Darcy was one of the best I have experienced in multiple buys and sells. At the very first meeting at his office, he set us at ease, discussing in detail what our goals and wants/needs for a home were and took the time to get to know us. From there we went on a couple educational viewings to get an idea of what is in the market and allow him to get a sense of our thoughts. I can be picky with home purchases and he was patient, extremely knowledgeable and positive in giving advice and taking us on viewings. He would send us listings he thought would fit us as well as talk to other realtors to send us listings not yet posted. I felt completely at ease with our home search and knew Darcy had our best interests at heart. Once we finally found the perfect home, Darcy had resources available for assistance with the home inspection, home renos and put me in contact with his office's property management side for assistance with questions I had around renting out a previous home. I would recommend Darcy to anyone looking to buy and sell. His knowledge, professionalism and attitude make it a fun experience buying or selling. I'll definitely use Darcy the next time I need to buy or sell a home!
