We have had numerous real estate transactions here in the Okanagan but have never used Darcy nor Vantage West Realty before. We chose them because they offered a cancel at any time policy. However that is only one small reason why we hold Darcy and this firm in such high esteem. We found Darcy to be knowledgeable and honest about the current market. To the extent that when we approached him a year earlier, he advised us that he felt the market would continue to rise. That advise netted us a substantial profit. When we did list, Darcy and his partner Mike DeDood, were pleasant, prompt and very concise. The listing was handled in a very professional manner, they were respectful to us and our tenants. Our house sold after one day of viewings for $15,000 over asking. Overall , we could not be more satisfied with the service we received.
