Awful, screwed us sooo bad we lost over 6 figures $ bc he didn’t have our best interests in mind /it was always about him. He had my house inside painted looked worse & gave me the bill. Awful attitude, he runs with the wrong crowd of other realtors . He is someone to definitely stay away from bc he doesn’t protect you as the seller or the buyer. We’re talking a house that was over $500k

Reply: Same happened to us!!!! We received a bill bc he decided to paint ( he brought an interior decorator) The house was never SOLD by him but we lost over 6 figures too. He is lazy, didn’t care about our well-being bc there were several things that could have been done to help us NOT walk away with practically 0$ left. He shouldn’t be a Realtor. I even received a call asked my why the house didn’t sell from another realtor who had SOLD over 21 houses that summer in our area. House was over $550,000 & we moved into a house $200,000 less. Bottom line is he wrecked our lives!!!!
