Awful experience, what a waste of time, does not respond to calls in a timely manner. Wishy washy responses to questions we had about potential home. Alienated my Wife and finally we had more than enough. Very disappointed, much time wasted. - J

would never use his again. we had to fire him because he would tell us there were showings when there wasn't. it pretends there are showing to make his look better then he actually is (we scooped out the house to see if anybody including darrren showed up to the appointment. nobody showed up and he told us that the people weren't interested. if you time and money is worth anything to you don't use him - Wou jack

Darren did not make buying a home for the first time a positive memorable experience. He lied in order to sell the home. Lied to lawyers about work that should have been done and wasn't (as he stated it was). This agent is a crook and is attitude is awful. Does not have interpersonal skills and lies his way to make a living. I would not recommend number 1 being he is not trustworthy and 2 buying a home is essential and personal, he doesn't care (like I said, all he is worried about is making a buck).
Awful, screwed us sooo bad we lost over 6 figures $ bc he didn’t have our best interests in mind /it was always about him. He had my house inside painted looked worse & gave me the bill. Awful attitude, he runs with the wrong crowd of other realtors . He is someone to definitely stay away from bc he doesn’t protect you as the seller or the buyer. We’re talking a house that was over $500k - JP
