He was so informative during the house visits and pointing out various aspects to pay attention to, giving me realistic expectations and advice on each house that we went to see - what may get caught up in an inspection or may require my attention within the first few years if I purchased. I felt picky with what I wanted and David was beyond patient and thorough to help me find just what I wanted. While I ended up getting a job opportunity during my house search that took me to another city outside of David’s area of service, and ultimately wasn’t able to find my home with David, he made sure I was set up in the new city with another realtor and checked in with me to know when I was successful in finding my house. I couldn’t recommend David more - he was the ideal realtor to work with, especially as a first time home buyer or someone moving from another province. I’m grateful for David’s expertise during my house hunting journey.
