David Tsen is very reliable and approachable. He took his time in guiding us through the buying process and explained clearly what’s the difference of the property that we’re buying. He gave us the opportunity to choose and think a thousand times even though we were in a rush in buying a house. He gave us advise that really made us think which is the best property to buy. The thing is, we had to go through a lot of sacrifices and stresses but in the end he’s still there guiding us up until the closing. Thanks to him because we bought the house that we really wanted.
