Words cannot express how amazing David, Mary and the whole group at Oracle have been to me and my family. I first contacted David Tsen as I had read so many positive reviews about him as a realtor, and a person in general. Contact was quick and easy and we met with David and Mary within a very convenient time frame. We discussed our wants and needs and both David and Mary listened and offered invaluable advice. They pointed out features, advantages, and benefits for a few scenarios of our situation. Trust was built very quickly. We decided to list our home for sale. All of the transactions after that went so smoothly. Beautiful pictures were taken, showings were convenient, and we were given many options on an open house. David and Mary were so on point when it came to coming up with a listing price for a quick sale without having to list too low. Interest was immediate, and we had two offers on the first day of listing. We accepted a very fair offer late into the evening (thanks for staying up guys!) and were thrilled with the speed. The best part of the entire transaction has been the after care. As we were not buying a new home but renting, that could have been it for our relationship. Not with Oracle! Both David and Mary have been with us, and supporting us making sure we found a great place to live, knew exactly what transactions we needed to do for the home close, and even called just to see how everyone was.
