Dave as a real estate embodies the hustle. The same day we contacted him to potentially list our place he was able to come over and bring all the information of comps and create a listing price. He hired a videographer for our listing and gave us staging tips to get top dollar. He was able to work around our tight schedule and often adapted at last minute. Our home sold quickly in a unique covid market! Then came finding the perfect home... I’m an incredibly picky person and Dave took the time to show me several homes all over the lower mainland.
