Our son has used David for past sales and purchasing and highly recommended David to us. David was awesome at keeping us in the loop by texting regularly with any updates or info we should know about. We thought the sale might take a fair bit longer than normal given the condo was listed close to Christmas and then the weather was also a challenge. Then given it was located in an older building and limited to 55 years and up, and no pets that would cut down on the clients that might be interested. However just after the new year we got an offer and accepted it. By Valentines Day, the purchase of the condo was finished. If we are ever in need of a realtor's services again David will for sure be the man we will call.
