What I love first about Derek was he is a great family man. He takes these values and applies them to his job. For example he was very dedicated to me and completely focused on what I was looking for. It took me awhile to find a place that I was comfortable with, but Derek stayed patient with me and continued to guide me through the process and always answered all my questions and laughed at all my jokes. He was third agent and was certainly the best by far.
