Derek was an outstanding real estate agent. I have dealt with a few in my time and Derek stands head and shoulders above the rest. My wife and I were moving from BC to Manitoba and had been on the search for a property for several months prior to moving. Derek took care of us the entire time without question. He was very patient with us in our search even going so far as to take some relatives, who were visiting Winnipeg, out to view some properties on our 'wish list'. When I arrived in Winnipeg for work he took me out a couple of times to view properties and eventually I was able to find the one. He was a great resource and helped out a lot through the entire transaction. I couldn't recommend him enough. In fact, I have referred my mom to him as she is now looking for property in the Winnipeg area. Next time I am in the market for more property, Derek will be my first and only call!
