It's rare to be able to give someone 5 stars without even thinking twice. Devin is knowledgeable, and when he isn't sure he looks for what needs to be sought out. He is familiar with Hamilton, Niagara and everything between. Quick to reply, Devin stratagized and developed a plan in line with our requests and never wasted our time.
