It's rare to be able to give someone 5 stars without even thinking twice. Devin is knowledgeable, and when he isn't sure he looks for what needs to be sought out. He is familiar with Hamilton, Niagara and everything between. Quick to reply, Devin stratagized and developed a plan in line with our requests and never wasted our time. He was concerned about finding us a 'home' rather than just putting us in any 'house'. No pressure with Devin, he works hard, negotiates for his clients, and knows his stuff. We would recommend Devin without hesitation. If you like working with someone who is easy to get along with, has integrity, is professional and resourceful this is the guy to call. - Neelam
