I contacted Duncan, in the middle of April. I wanted to downsize from my house to an apartment. He was very professional but also personable. He choose a price that was reasonable in the current market. It sold a couple of days after the first Open House. Kudos to his team in creating the fabulous brochure. I had a very specific area in which I wanted to purchase a condo. He was so knowledgeable about all of the buildings and pointed out the problems of the condo's as we looked at them. I was so appreciative of his calmness as I was so worried that I would never find a place I really liked. Of course, on a hot Sunday and the last of five Open Houses I walked into the one that I loved. Again, Duncan suggested a price slightly over the asking price, and it was mine! I feel so lucky to have found Duncan and I promise that you will feel the same way.
