We began working with Dustin in the spring of 2023, for numerous reasons on both a buying and selling standpoint. From a buyer standpoint, Dustin understood our “wants” list, and we all understood there are few properties that fit the bill in town for what we were looking for. Dustin never wasted any of our time trying to entertain homes that he knew wouldn’t fit for us, even though that meant he may never get our business. When we did find a house that we liked, Dustin assisted us in coming up with over 10 market comparables for us to determine an offer price. He voiced his professional input on matters but always respected what our comfort was as well. That offer in the end was not accepted and there was really no other properties that interested us. About 10 months later, Dustin contacted us regarding a house coming to market in the near term that he thought we’d want to see based on our desires discussed with him almost a year prior. Dustin’s commitment to finding a home for us, without sacrificing things that we wanted is such a great quality in a realtor. This home we have purchased and we’re so glad he found it for us! On the selling side of things. Again back to spring 2023 when we began the process of looking to sell our home and buy, we met with a few realtors to first assess our current home. Dustin’s friendly, calm, and professional personality was very evident from the get go, and we quickly felt comfortable to not only discuss serious home selling/buying matters, but to also have fun and crack some jokes in the next breath. Dustin took his time to evaluate our home, basing his assessment price on the improvements we’d made to the inside of our home in addition to the property itself. This may sound ‘standard’, however another realtor that we requested an evaluation from had the price they would list at before even entering our home and seeing that we had significant upgrades. We had a great feeling about Dustin when we met him, but seeing his throughness in comparison to other realtors solitified things for us. When it did come to listing our house in April of 2024 after Dustin found the house we bought, Dustin quickly got to work on our house sale. Professional photos and videos/3D tour were taken within days, and 2 days after that our house was on the market. Our home had several showings, and an accepted offer all within 1 less then 1 week of hitting the market. Though the negotiation process on both buying and selling, Dustin explains points in digestible detail, and does not embelish. He was respectful when voicing his viewpoint, and fought for what our non-negotiables were. I cannot say enough good things about the process of buying, and selling with Dustin and his team. We’re so grateful for the deals we accomplished, and for the friends made along the way.
