We began working with Dustin in the spring of 2023, for numerous reasons on both a buying and selling standpoint. From a buyer standpoint, Dustin understood our “wants” list, and we all understood there are few properties that fit the bill in town for what we were looking for. Dustin never wasted any of our time trying to entertain homes that he knew wouldn’t fit for us, even though that meant he may never get our business. When we did find a house that we liked, Dustin assisted us in coming up with over 10 market comparables for us to determine an offer price.
