Being young like myself trying to buy my first house it was very stressful, not knowing a lot about the process, as well it felt like learning a new language with all the new financial terminology. Elena was wonderful and helped me out through every step and was always happy to explain something (more than once if I still did not understand) and always made herself available for a phone call whenever I needed it.
