I listed the property for sale in July 2024. Unfortunately it didn’t sell by the end of of September no listing removed from the market. Elena did everything she could to sell the property but buyers couldn’t sell there home to my property. We listed the property again on May 5,2026 and we had to reduce the price twice to finally get an offer. I strongly recommend Elena she is very professional as an realtor.
