Elisa went above and beyond in helping me find a rental in Ottawa. I was unfamiliar with the area, but Elisa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the different neighbourhoods and helping narrow down the different possibilities of places for me to live. Elisa was the most knowledgeable, organized, patient, and kind agent I have ever dealt with. She spent numerous hours both communicating and showing me various apartments around the city. I cannot express how much I appreciated her opinion and candour throughout the process. I am happy to say that I was able to find a rental unit that appears to suit all of my needs perfectly, and I am positive that this would not have been the case without Elisa's guidance and help. I would recommend Elisa to all of my family and friends if they needed help buying or selling anything in Ottawa.
