Short form: I couldn’t recommend a better real estate agent. Her organization, care, diligence and pro-active personality make her a one-of-a-kind agent in these times. Long form: Elisa was an above and beyond real estate agent in the crazy market of 2020-2021. In today’s market it is emotionally tough – you fall in love with a place, go in with 20 plus other buyers (sometimes over 50), and everyone but one person comes out a loser to a number you cannot even imagine someone would pay. My journey was 9 months long, 9 months of viewing multiple homes a week with countless number of offers made (part of this was with other real estate agents). I met Elisa 6 months into my search, she was different from the other realtors - these are just a few of the examples which make Elisa exceptional: -sent comparables without having to ask prior to viewing a home, -followed up about homes that have become available on the real estate portal that matched my criteria, I found the other realtors let the real estate portal do all the work, -diligently wrote down every question about a home and followed up with the sellers real estate agent, -booked appointments to homes she knew I was going to love when I was unavailable to consult to ensure I did not miss out, -called home inspectors to ask about unknown stains or suspicious drywall wall patching, -offered to hand out private sale letters in the area I wanted to live in, -called previous listing agents in the sale area to ask about the offers they had previously received to understand the market in the area, and -went ahead of time to a private sale to pitch to the sellers about myself and landed a last kick at the can deal with the home I now live in (amazing sales experience). Soon I will move into a home in the area I really wanted to live in. Elisa was the utmost caring real estate agent and never pushed a buy/asking price, never rolled her eyes, and never gave up. I love this fresh blood she brings to the game. There is no one I would have loved more to do this search with, she (and her family) were so invested in my plight.
