My husband and I were lucky to count with Erin’s help to find our first home. We were both newcomers and had very little knowledge about Canadian houses. For us it was fundamental to have someone honest and straightforward to point out pros and cons of each house, and Erin did this very well. In fact, I was visiting my family abroad when she and my husband visited the house we ended up buying. I didn’t see the house in person (I know, crazy!) but decided it was worth putting an offer in because the house was “Erin-approved”.
