Erin was amazing as always! We’ve worked with her for all our moves, this being our 4th move. I can’t imagine working with anyone else! She always has her client’s best interest in mind, so we’ve learned to trust her instincts and feedback. We needed a quick sell, wanted to be competitive, but she encouraged us to post higher than we planned, based on market research. When she, and her team, staged our home, we knew they did an awesome job because it left us with conflicted feelings… we needed to sell… but the place looked great… we didn’t want to move anymore! In the past, our homes usually sold quickly… I’m sure because of how well they were staged and timing (as per Erin). But this recent home sold in a day!! Just goes to show that if you have the right agent by your side, you will get the best possible outcome.
