An absolutely wonderful agent! Erin was responsive (even at late hours) and available to answer all our questions and concerns that arose during the process of listing our home. She was extremely knowledgeable, and did her research thoroughly, communicating with us regularly. She gave us excellent advice and assistance with staging our home, but in a way that was simple, easy and most importantly fun (her style and ideas had us thinking “why didn’t we do that sooner! That looks amazing!”). Selling a home can be quite stressful, as there are so many emotions that come into play, but Erin recognized that while we decided to move to find more space, our current property was our HOME, and she treated it as such, she knew the emotional attachment and the memories associated with living there and was professional but always understanding and empathetic with the idea of moving on and moving forward.
