Contacted Erin's team to list a condo for lease in Burlington. Kim from her team reached out. As the condo was already listed with another agents he, she advised me to contact her when my current contract ended. I contacted her again when the contract ended and scheduled a call to discuss. Kim informed me an hour before our call that she didn't have time to help me. Extremely unprofessional and wasted my time. I didn't look into other realtors as Kim had advised I could reach out to her when I was ready to lease. Should have informed me up front the first time that they didn't have time for me. Would not recommend as they don't seem to care.
