We had a very disappointing experience with agents Eva and Richard Walker of Century 21 Heritage Group. After finalizing a purchase and sale agreement for a condominium, we discovered latent defects and a 25% increase in maintenance fees--both of which were not disclosed by the vendor or their agent, Eva Walker. When we requested the vendor's contact information, our agent, Richard Walker, refused to provide it. The matter has been referred to RECO for review, and legal action is being considered.
