We had a very disappointing experience with agents Eva and Richard Walker of Century 21 Heritage Group. After finalizing a purchase and sale agreement for a condominium, we discovered latent defects and a 25% increase in maintenance fees--both of which were not disclosed by the vendor or their agent, Eva Walker.
