Professional, organized, loyal, and trustworthy are words that describe our experience with Grace. She graciously helped guide us (two FTHB) through what is/was a very challenging and stressful market, to buying our dream home only months after we began. Grace was honest and knowledgeable when it came to showings, house condition and making offers, paperwork etc. But that's not what set her apart.. It was her personable and relatable attitude that made us feel as if we were family and not another sale. Her strong ethical morals made our experience with Grace that much more enjoyable and gave us the confidence to make offers on houses we felt strongly about. Unbiased opinions and family-like style were also standout points.
