It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Grace Easthom of Royal LePage. We recently moved back to BC from Ontario and were very wary about the real estate market here. We were determined to take a wait and see approach, hoping that prices would come down. At one point there came on the market a house in the area where we were renting that I was interested in viewing. Initiating this viewing is how I met Grace. I felt at ease and comfortable with her from the start as she is very bright, friendly, confident and positive. I was upfront that we were not ready to buy and wanted to hold off to see if prices would drop. Grace was totally respectful of our position and reassuringly let me know that when we were ready to pursue things further. At the same time she offered to connect me with a portal that would send listing information fitting our criteria to my email so that we could keep apprised of what was going on with the real estate market. This is what we did and after about 5 months we started looking for a new home seriously. Any question we had for Grace she promptly got back to us with an abundance of information. She arranged viewings to fit our schedule and was very interested in participating in really looking at each property and discussing the pros and cons with us. We felt so supported with Grace. When we came across the property that was for us Grace very professionally guided us through the process. She was there for us every step of the way and communicated with us regularly. We are new to the area and so it was especially helpful for us that Grace was able to refer us to reputable people, whom she has no affiliation with, such as a lawyer, home inspector, insurance broker, etc., necessary to the purchasing process. We have bought and sold a few homes over the years and our experience with Grace as our realtor exceeded all previous experiences. We highly recommend Grace to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home. She is extremely personable, professional and caring. Grace is someone who enjoys her job and naturally goes the extra distance for her clients. It was so great for us to feel like Grace was truly in our corner!
