Honestly couldn't recommend Grace enough. she's so great! Our journey with her started when we were still living in Montreal, QC. She got us set up on her platform so we could browse properties from a distance and was always readily available to answer our questions (and we had so many). She was attentive and listened to our needs and wants for finding a new home. She has great insight to the areas and just Nanaimo in general. Grace gave us really good recommendations for where we should be looking as we were moving with a baby and our pets.... to an area we were very unfamiliar with. She even visited properties for us and video chatted with us during the visits so we could "visit" too. She was honest and gave her feedback when we asked and needed it. She was so so patient with us and we never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. It took us a while to find our home, but Grace stayed with us every step of the way with her unwavering optimism and enthusiasm. Not only was Grace super helpful during our journey, but she's such a kind hearted person. She's really easy to chat with and she really makes you feel more like a person and a friend, not just a client. She's helped us beyond the scope of just finding a new home. She's has great insight to services we've needed on the island and really just helped us so much with our transition to Nanaimo. She really put her whole self into our journey and we will be forever thankful for her.
