We relocated from Alberta, and were unfamiliar with BC real estate. Grace was knowledgeable, personable, and helped us navigate the challenging Nanaimo area real estate market. Even booked us a home inspection, provided recommendations for trades, and helped us find a home insurance broker and lawyer.
