had the absolute delight to work with Grace during the search for and subsequent purchase of, my new home (my goal was to relocate from Victoria to Parksville). On all levels she lived up to her name. I consider her to have been "God" sent - in order to coach, listen, reassure, educate me, in this rather large undertaking. She also happens to be an effective negotiator, a desirable skill set for sure. I haven't been involved in the buying and selling of homes for 18 years and lived in Victoria my whole life (67 years). This was a huge move and needless to say, anxiety producing at times.... Grace ironed all the bumps and made the process manageable, and for this I am grateful!
