Guru is a phenomenal real estate agent! He helped us find a place and worked with us to find the perfect house for our needs. We were first time home buyers. We were expecting our 2nd baby and had to be out of the rental property we were in at the end of March. On top of that, we didn't know where we were going to stay if we didn't get closing on or before the end of the month. Our baby's due date was also around that same time. In addition to that stress, we also picked one of the worst times in history to buy a house as the covid 19 pandemic combined with a provincial wide lockdown and stay at home order caused an insane increase in the real estate market. We were putting offers in getting out bid by over 100K dollars. At times I was getting fed up and wanted to pull the plug on house hunting. Guru remained calm and professional and assured us everything would be alright and work out. Finally after freeing up a bit more money, and revising our search criteria, we found the house we are living in today. We went in with an aggressive offer and FINALLY won the bid war. Everything worked out in the end. Our baby was born shortly after we won the bid, and closing was a week before we needed to be out of the other place. If it weren't for Guru, I either would have given up, or rushed into something that I would have regretted. Guru is very knowledgeable about the Niagara region. He understood our needs and concerns and always had our best interests at heart. Even as we were preparing for closing, Guru went WAY above and beyond for us. He took so much of the stress away. He is a true professional who cares more about people than money. Guru is also very dependable and reliable. He was ALWAYS available when we needed him. Day or night, didn't matter. If we had questions about anything, he was always available to help. He also explained every document we signed and made it easy to understand. As long as I am living in the Niagara Region, Guru will always be my real-estate agent. I highly, highly recommend him if you are looking to either buy or sell.
